Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment is a state mandated body that operates on a level between the enforcement officers and the courts. Appeals to a denial of a building permit by a Building Inspector or a request for a variance from the zoning ordinance is heard by the Board of Adjustment. 

Applications for an appeal or variance may be directed to either the Building Inspector or Town Clerk's office. 

Meeting Minutes

Meetings & hearings are held the 4th Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm at Town Hall, if business is before the Board. If there is no Business before the board the regular meeting is canceled automatically for that month.
