Beginner Tai Chi

Tai Chi for beginners is returning for another session starting Friday, July 17th. By practicing simple movements based on ancient Tai Chi principles you can develop better body sense and harmony and tap into your inner core of energy for improved balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Instructor, Lee Atwater has been practicing Yang style Tai Chi for nearly 30 years.
This is an 8-week program that starts on Friday, July 17th and runs through September 4th. Class will be held from 10-11 AM at the Ocean Front Park.
