Here's a sneak peek at the 2024 Cheermeister trophy. This beaut could be all yours by entering the Cheermeister house decorating contest. Open to all KB residents. Click the link below to nominate your home by the deadline of noon on Monday, December 9th. 
 

The Cheermeister winner will be announced at the start of the annual Holiday Whoobie Whatty event next Friday. The Kure Beach Holiday Whoobie Whatty returns on Friday, December 13th from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Ocean Front Park. Don your best Whoville attire and join us for a Grinch-themed celebration. The evening kicks off with the announcing of the 2024 Kure Beach Cheermeister, followed by a viewing of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. While the film is playing, you can visit different stations setup throughout the park for face painting, Grinch crafts, cookie decorating, and photos with the Grinch. Free popcorn and hot chocolate will be available compliments of Kure Beach First Baptist Church. Crofton's Pretzels Food Truck and Brighter Days Coffee will also be on site selling delicious treats. This event is free to attend, but the Town will be collecting donations for the Help Center of Federal Point.
