NOTICE OF LEGISLATIVE HEARINGS

This is official notice that the Kure Beach Town Council will hold a Legislative Hearing as follows: 

Date:               February 19, 2024

Time:               6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the regular Council meeting

Location:        Town Hall (117 Settlers Lane, Kure Beach)

Purpose:         To receive comments on proposed text amendments to the following sections of  the Kure Beach Code: Chapter 15 (Zoning Regulations): Modification to Required Lot Area and Required Yards/Setbacks (15.10.040), (15.38.030).

Copies of the proposed amendment is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town’s website under “Administration Department” located at www.townofkurebeach.org/administration/documents-review

 

This is official notice the Town Council will hold a Legislative Hearing on Monday, February, 19, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter for the purpose of Town Council establishing verifiable percentage goals for participation by historically underutilized businesses (HUB) in building projects. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at Town Hall and all citizens are encouraged to attend.
