PUBLIC NOTICE

RESOLUTION APPROVING DONATION OF
PERSONAL PROPERTY TO A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 160A-280, notice is hereby given that the Kure Beach Fire Department is replacing its Self-Contained Breathing Apparatuses and Oxygen Bottles (collectively, “SCBAs”) and that its current SCBAs are deemed to constitute unused surplus property that the Kure Beach Town Council is considering donating to the Columbus County Fire/EMS/Rescue Association, Inc. (hereinafter “CCFERA”)

Town Council will consider and act on a resolution approving the donation of the surplus SCBAs to the CCFERA at their April 21, 2025 regular meeting. The meeting will be held at the Kure Beach Town Hall, 117 Settlers Lane, Kure Beach, North Carolina starting at 6:00 p.m.
