REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST FOR FISHER BOULEVARD AT K AVE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS AND THE MID-BLOCK PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS

The Town of Kure Beach desires to engage one Private Engineering Firm (PEF) to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for Ft. Fisher Boulevard at K Avenue sidewalk improvements and the Mid-Block Pedestrian Improvements Project. Roadway/Sidewalk Construction Inspection, inclusive of Geotechnical Engineering Consultation and Construction Material Testing for two projects anticipated to be under construction proposals simultaneously. Both are scheduled for construction in September 2025, pending finalized right-of-way documentation.
