REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RAMP LOCATED AT BEACH ACCESS NO. 140 L AVENUE
The Town of Kure Beach (“Town”) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for a beach access ramp located at Beach Access No. 140 L Avenue. The scope of work is the demolition and reconstruction, in conformity with ADA standards, of the ramp at Beach Access No. 140, demolition and removal of the existing path, regrading and installing a new ADA-compliant path, and all appurtenant work in accordance with the plans and specifications for the Project. The selected contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient provision of construction services in conformity with applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements.
