RULES FOR DOGS ON THE BEACH CHANGE EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2024

Reminder effective April 1st it shall be unlawful for any person to have or allow their dog to be upon the beach within the Town’s jurisdictional limits during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through September 30th
It shall be unlawful for any person to allow their dog to be off their property without being on a leash or restraint which shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in length
