Rent the Facility

The Community Center is available for rent any day of the week between 6 am and midnight. It is a great facility for reunions, birthday parties, baby showers, retirement parties, business meetings and wedding receptions. There is a kitchen area with serving island for catering (no cooking), a separate meeting room and large banquet room which holds 100 people seated. Tables and chairs are available and included in the rental price. Parking is available in any marked public space, but is subject to paid parking enforcement during season.

 

RENTAL FEES

Kure Beach Resident/Non-Profit Organization:

     -$75/hour

     -$675/day

     -$1,350/weekend

Non Kure Beach Resident/For-Profit Organization:

     -$100/hour

     -$900/day

     -$1800/weekend

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to secure your date. Rental fees are separate from the security deposit and incurred on a per hour basis. The minimum rental period is 2 hours. Exceptions may be considered depending on the type of event and availability.
