NOTICE OF LEGISLATIVE HEARING

This is official notice that the Kure Beach Town Council will hold a Legislative Hearing as follows: 

Date:               February 19, 2024

Time:               6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the regular Council meeting

Location:        Town Hall (117 Settlers Lane, Kure Beach)

Purpose:         To receive comments on proposed text amendments to the following sections of  the Kure Beach Code: Chapter 15 (Zoning Regulations): Modification to Required Lot Area and Required Yards/Setbacks (15.10.040), (15.38.030).

Copies of the proposed amendment is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town’s website under “Administration Department” located at www.townofkurebeach.org/administration/documents-review
