Yoga promotes a healthy body by improving flexibility, strength, and balance. It also enhances respiratory function, reduces stress, and supports mental well-being through mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Healthy bodies is a class focused on helping you move and feel your best in your life on and off of the mat. Options will be offered for all levels.
