Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Kure Beach Town Council on an application for a special use permit filed by Seabirds Motel at Kure Beach LLC as the owner of property located at 118 Fort Fisher Boulevard South, Kure Beach, North Carolina (the “Property”).  The application seeks a special use permit for paid parking on the Property.    

 Persons/entities having standing under N.C.G.S. §160D-1402 may appear at the hearing and offer evidence.
