KURE BEACH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Kure Beach Board of Adjustment on the appeal of an administrative decision filed by Thomas and Vanessa Deering as the owners of property located at 500 Fort Fisher Boulevard, Kure Beach, North Carolina.  The appeal seeks relief from a decision by the Town’s Code Enforcement Officer that the placement of the air conditioner does not comply with the Kure Beach Code’s setback requirements. 

Persons/entities having standing under N.C.G.S. §160D-1402 may appear at the hearing and offer evidence.
