Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Kure Beach Historic Preservation Commission on an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (“COA”) filed by Sombra Properties, LLC on behalf of Aaron Orlando for property located at 125 S. 3rd Avenue, Kure Beach, North Carolina and within the Downtown Preservation Overlay District.  The application seeks a COA for the construction of a residential structure.  Persons having standing in this quasi-judicial matter may appear at the hearing and offer evidence.  Persons participating in the hearing and offering exhibits into evidence should bring duplicate copies of such exhibits to provide to the other participants and to Town Staff.
